Skills and Confidence Workshops

Facilitated, concise (typically about 2.5 hours) and relevant, these workshops are designed for groups or teams and, naturally, can be facilitated online or in person.

They can be stand-alone sessions, part of a bigger team development day/conference or used in conduction with any of the other modules to build a lengthier programme.

Work more collaboratively

‘None of us is as smart as all of us'.

(Ken Blanchard)

We all know the benefits but collaboration is still much harder that it looks. In this workshop we will explore some of barriers to collaboration and how to create an environment where teamwork can thrive.

You’ll leave this workshop with a renewed sense of confidence in your ability to be collaborative and a better process to support your collaborative efforts.

Communicate with

confidence

‘Courage is like a muscle. We strengthen it by use'.

(Ruth Gordon)

Ever wondered why some people are more memorable than others or why some people seem to grab all the attention in a room?  We often hear the words 'gravitas' and 'charisma' thrown around; often with the insinuation that some people just have it and others can't achieve it. Not strictly true.

In this session we'll explore the skills and techniques you can develop to make a bigger impact and feel more confident, even in situations that intimidate you...

Build your

resilience

‘Enthusiasm is common. Endurance is rare'. (Angela Duckworth)

We are constantly having to adapt in order to stay relevant. It can be tiring and it can be tempting to hang back or give up even if you want to succeed.

Developing your ability to withstand and adapt to change is the key to staying productive and positive in these uncertain times.

In this workshop we will explore what resilience is, why it matters and how to get more of it.

Be more
productive

‘Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do'.

(Jessica Jackley)

Endless ‘to do’ lists help us keep our heads above water but somehow make us feel less productive. Refocusing on a broader aim or vision and managing your energy and attention is the key to being and, most importantly, feeling more productive.

In this workshop we’ll work through some practical techniques that will help you to refocus; to help you give less attention to the things that don’t matter to make more space for the things that do.
